How does it feel to win?

“It feels good to win. It’s knowing that my store is out there representing HuHot and the customers love us,” General Manager Emily Davis said. What do you provide that people don’t know about?

“We have Seafood Nights (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and then we have Veggie Night on Sunday, when we put out six more different kinds of veggies,” Davis said.

What makes your customers the best?

“Because they are so friendly and they treat us like family. My employees love it,” Davis said.

What’s new for your business?

“Spitfire has been given a fresh new look this year. Our entryway and kitchen have been expanded. We have added fireplaces and reclaimed wood to our walls. The private event room has been totally remodeled including its own outdoor patio. Even our parking lot and landscaping have been redone,” Owner Tim Olson said.

What do you recommend people try? What’s an old favorite or a new option?

“The Diablo Pasta Trio has been voted the best pasta in the FM previously. Some of the newest items on our menu to try are the Quesadilla Bacon Cheeseburger, Shrimp Duo and Spitfire BBQ Cobb Salad,” Olson said.

“Buffalo Wild Wings is like being in a stadium on gameday, creating the ultimate experience for our guests. They cheer loud and proud for their favorite teams, and win or lose, they have a memorable time. They make it a fun environment to work in,” Brand Ops Marketing Manager Kathryn Safar said.

“Our guests enjoy a variety of frosty beer, flavorful food and delectable sauces; we take pride in treating every guest like a regular and letting them enjoy a ‘home away from home,’’’ Safar said.
