THE LEVELS ADVOCACY LIVING PROJECT EDIRNEKAPI, ISTANBUL NUR EZGI KELESTEMUR
This building is located in EdirnekapÄą, Istanbul. The purpose of this center, which is intriguing with its location at the bottom of the city walls, is to bring people together and try to increase the welfare level of this city without excluding them from this city. For this reason, they gather the people here with the activities they do at certain times of the day, sometimes they use semi-public spaces to practice. There are six people who live here. A musician, a journalist, a ceramic artist, her husband writer, their grandchild, and a photographer. There are steps at the entrance of the building and these steps are surrounded by openable glasses. When it is closed, this place becomes a conference hall, when it is opened it becomes a concert hall which mixes with the whole street and everyone can join. These openable panels can be seen other parts of the building too. Also, there is a passage that connects two streets together. And people can easily see the city walls from the other street.
