Amount of annual fees The amount of fees to be paid has been decided during the general assembly in September 2004:

For French partners from States members of the European Union whose GDP per habitant is over 10 000 euros per year:

- Regional State services: no fees - Students and unemployed people: 20 € - Natural persons and non profit-making associations: 50 € - Universities: 50 € - Territorial communities and public establishments (public establishments paying VAT): - with less than 10 000 inhabitants : 150 € - with 10 000 to 50 000 inhabitants : 200 € - with 50 000 to 100 000 inhabitants : 400 € - with more than 100 000 inhabitants : 600 € - Social owners: - with less than 5 000 housings : 200 € - with 5 000 to 15 000 housings : 400 € - with more than 15 000 housings : 600 € - Private companies… - with less than 50 employees : 100 € - with 50 to 500 employees : 600 € - with more than 500 employees : 1 000 € •

For countries whose GDP per inhabitant is under 2 500 € per year: the fees have to be divided per 4.

For countries whose GDP per inhabitant is comprised between 2 500 € and 10 000 € per year: the fees have to be divided per 2.
