ly direct from Norwich to Tromsø, in northern Norway, for a journey to the frozen north. You will not only have the perfect opportunity to see the fabled Northern Lights but also be able to take part in some amazing winter excursions. On arriving in Tromsø you will stay overnight at the Radisson Blu Hotel. The following morning, embark the MS Nordlys for your journey north. After an early morning call at Hammerfest, your next major stop will be Honningsvåg, the gateway to the North Cape. Continue around the Varanger Peninsula to Kirkenes, the border town of Norway and Russia and the turning point for the ship. The return schedule is carefully planned to make day time visits to the ports that were shrouded in darkness on the way north. On your return to Tromsø you will stay overnight at the Radisson Blu Hotel before your flight back to Norwich.

4 March 2018 Fly direct from Norwich to Tromsø for an Overnight stay. 5 March 2018 Enjoy the sights of Tromsø before embarking Ms Nordlys in the afternoon. 6 March 2018 Enjoy the voyage via Honningsvåg, passing the North Cape, the northernmost point in Europe. In the evening, you’ll pass Finnkjerka, the sacred rock of the indigenous Sámi people. If you’re lucky, you’ll see this under the gaze of the magical Northern Lights. 7 March 2018 Sail on to Kirkenes. Here you will find the Snowhotel and several fascinating small heritage museums. You will have the opportunity to experience some unforgettable Arctic excursions. On the return voyage, you’ll head back south through Finnmark and visit the northbound ports that you passed in the night. 8 March 2018 Your first stop is Hammerfest before sailing onwards to Tromsø where you will have an overnight stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel. 9 March 2018 After breakfast you will transfer to Tromsø airport for your direct flight to Norwich.
