ExOne has several sand and binder combinations to produce metalcasting molds and cores with complex designs. The combination of sand and binder for casting can be tailored to the individual application to achieve the required technical specifications. To cast a variety of alloys, ExOne offers inorganic as well as other binder systems such as Furan, CHP, and HHP. “We can help you select the right sand-binder combination to produce the optimum surface quality and strength for your castings,” said Aldo Randazzo, Lead Manager EAC/CAT Indirect of ExOne GmbH.
