Cranberry & Fig Jam

Dried Figs 8 oz. Fresh Frozen Cranberries 8 oz. Cinnamon Stick 1 Small pc Brown Sugar 4 oz. Fresh Ginger Ground 1 tbsp Water 8 oz. Salt & Pepper as need

INSTRUCTIONS In a medium sauce pan, bring the water to boiled with the cinnamon stick, (so cinnamon released all its flavor). Add sugar, figs cranberries, and cook for about 7 more minutes, stirring nearly constantly. Now add fresh ground ginger and cook for 2 more minutes. Carefully transfer the jam to food processor and run it until get very nice and smooth jam. Note: Enjoy this Jam with a nice cheese board, turkey sandwich or savory crackers
