The company reported its results based on its ongoing success with residential sales priced over $1 million. According to multiple listing service data, Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty closed 88 transaction sides totaling $133.8 million in property value. The statistics also show that the company held a very substantial lead over the #2 firm in this highly competitive market segment. With luxury sales performance exceeding that of its next closest competitor by over 50% in dollar volume, the company continued its leadership role in both listing and selling high value homes in New Hampshire and Vermont. In the $600 thousand and up category the firm led it’s next closest competitor with a dollar volume of $310 million to $203 million for second ranked firm.
