Leslie came the Mount Snow region as a ski coach in the early 70’s. She grew up in Manchester By the Sea, MA on Cape Ann. At a young age her family would spend the entire summers camping in the White Mountains of NH and winters skiing in the Mount Washington Valley. Although loving the ocean, it was the mountains and country landscapes that had a stronger pull on her heart. Her passion for alpine skiing brought her to the Mount Snow Southern Vermont Region. Now many years later after nurturing a family, growing many vegetable gardens, raising beef cattle, riding horses, loving the natural beauty of the region and always enjoying the winter ski seasons in the Vermont, she is in the business of promoting this wonderful place and community. Donna Cote came to the Mount Snow office of Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty from the semiconductor industry. Graduating from Tufts with a B.S. and M.S. in chemistry, she began her career at IBM as an engineer and advanced to a senior management position. While achieving technical goals as manager, Donna advocated for her employees and applied her strong problem-solving and organizational skills to patiently guide and help them succeed at reaching their personal goals.

Betsy Wadsworth grew up in Connecticut, and then attended college in Vermont. Vermont proved the perfect backdrop for Betsy’s and her husband Rob’s love of adventure and the great outdoors. They came to ski and never left. Betsy worked in the ski resort industry for over 15 years before joining her husband in running the Wadsworth Company and Vermont Barns, their timber frame company that specializes in building custom homes and authentic Vermont barns. In 2010 they added real estate to their business plan and Betsy joined A Place in Vermont Real Estate which later merged with Vermont Country Properties Sotheby’s International Realty which later merged with Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty. Betsy knows the Mount Snow and Stratton Mountain areas well and truly enjoys sharing her love of Vermont; she’s an exceptional resource for the community. In 2020 Betsy and her husband joined The Hermitage Club as founding members. Born and raised in Westfield, NJ, Patrice received her BA in Fine Arts from The Catholic University in DC and her MFA from The New York Studio School. Patrice has traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe and has called many cities her home. With her background in art and having had her own ceramic line, Patrice found her niche as the sales and marketing director for a tile importer in Philadelphia. On a sales trip to Vermont in 2002, Patrice fell in love with a Vermonter and the Green Mountains, and decided to leave her city roots behind and call Vermont her home. Having worked in the flooring industry for many years in Southern Vermont she has a comprehensive knowledge of the area (including all those back roads) and has helped many homeowners and contractors in their construction projects. Andie grew up ski racing at Stratton which instilled in her a true love for the sport and for the Green Mountains. This passion prompted her to attend the University of Vermont and use her spare time to coach ski racing at Stratton. Andie finished her degree at Southern CT State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies, specializing in sociology, studio art and marketing. She shares her time between Londonderry and Wilmington with her partner Jake and their two dogs. She can be found skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter, while spending time on Lake Whitingham in the summer months.

Cliff was born and raised in central Massachusetts where he is the owner of Houseworks Realty, along with his wife Cindy, for the past 22 years. Cliff and his wife really enjoy Southern VT so they decided to buy in Wilmington in 2021. At this time, Cliff also got his broker’s license to sell real estate in VT. Cliff is an avid snowboarder, skier, and salmon fisherman. He loves volleyball, hiking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, the stock market and business news, rock collecting, and most of all Cliff enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and yellow lab Colby. Cliff brings with him an impressive background of valuable insight and real estate market knowledge spanning over 20 years.
