233 KING STREET In early 2013, Bosley Real Estate announced the opening of an office in Niagara-on-the-Lake. A burgeoning theatre community, a major viticultural region, a popular tourist destination and its large stock of Regency and Classical Revival buildings has helped NOTL become one of the fastest growing towns in Ontario. Responding to the needs of our clients looking for second homes in the area, we felt that this was a perfect opportunity to expand outside the city’s borders.  Our agents and brokers are familiar with both the residential and commercial real estate opportunities that exist in Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, and communities large and small throughout the Niagara Peninsula. 13

Regular weekly meetings are held in each office where managers relay critical information about sales statistics, legal and regulatory issues and innovative lead generation methods. In addition to our sales meetings and in-house training & CEU courses, we strongly recommend Bosley Real Estate’s very own Mastermind Sessions. BOSLEY U Our training for new agents is second to none. At the core of our new agent training is the Bosley U Program. We recognize the importance of ramping up your business to full speed and who better to get you there than a strong, local and experienced management team. Our six week, hands-on course provides an in-depth look at marketing, pricing strategies, social media techniques, business and time management “best practices� through panel discussions with many of our top agents, role playing and real life examples. Our use of role playing and real life examples help new agents understand that real estate can be very rewarding experience when done well. At the conclusion of Bosley U, agents have as much knowledge as an agent with two years experience.
