Turnaround Time

We endeavour to make sure that all our products listed on our website are in stock and the pricing is up to date and correct. Our standard turnaround time is between 2-5 business days depending on availability and receiving payment authorisation for a purchase.
Back Orders
Occasionally certain products may be out of stock so we may choose to either refund or back order your product. Once items are back in stock, we will contact you before shipping in case you would like to add to your order.
Pre Orders
Some products will be available for pre-order with the estimated ship date marked in the product title on our wholesale website. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be held and shipped in full when the pre-ordered items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please email us if you would like to split your order.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our studio in Brisbane, Australia. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via Australia Post or courier (standard or express). Please let us know if you’d like to request special shipping arrangements. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your invoice. Invoices are sent via email when order is shipped.
Display & Packaging
All Fox & Fallow products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets and packs may not be broken up and sold as individual cards or products. Failure to comply may result in account termination.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
We ask that any changes or cancellations to your order be made via your Account page or submitted via email within 4 hours of placing your order. Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

FAQs
Q: I can’t log in!
A: Firstly, please double check that you’re logging in to our wholesale website (not our retail website foxandfallow. com.au). If you’re on the correct site, then please check that you have activated your account. You should have received an account activation email when you were accepted as a stockist, so please check your inbox (and your junk). Please just click on the “activate your account” button in that email to set your password, then you can login and order.
Q: My account activation email expired!
A: Unfortunately these expire after a little while so please email us at hello@foxandfallow.com.au and we’ll send you a new one.
Q: I can’t remember my login details?
A: You can select “reset my password” when you login. If you’re still having problems please email us at hello@ foxandfallow.com.au and we can send you a password reset email and check what email address is attached to your account.
Q: Do I enter “1” or “6” as the quantity?
A: Please enter the exact quantity you require (please refer to the minimum order quantity in the product name). So if you enter “1” in the quantity box you will only receive 1 piece.
Q: I made a mistake with my order!
A: If you have made a mistake with your order and you require a different quantity, you should be able to edit your order later via your Account page. If you have any problems adjusting your order please email us at hello@ foxandfallow.com.au and we can adjust your order before it is packed and shipped.
Q: Do you postcode protect?
A: Yes we can, but we do just ask that our stockists place an order every three months (or four orders per year) and meet a quarterly order spend for postcode protection. If you would like to inquire about protecting your postcode, please email us at hello@foxandfallow.com.au.
Q: Do you offer 30-Day Accounts?
A: We definitely do, but we do ask for pro-forma terms for your first few orders. Net 30 terms are only extended to our partners with great credit history and references. No orders for accounts with a balance due will be shipped until all outstanding amounts have been made. Late payments will incur a late fee of 10% per month.
Q: Do you barcode your products?
A: Our products don’t have barcodes, but we can add barcoded stickers (with products names and pricing) if required. Please request this at checkout.
Q: Do you have POS displays?
A: We sure do! We have a small, but growing, range of displays in the “Displays” section of our website. They’re designed to fit our products perfectly and they are for sale not hire, which means they’re yours to keep.
