WINTER 2018-19

Hello We’ve got big news! On June 11th, 2018 Janet gave birth to Zigmund ‘Ziggy’ Kwong and we’re completely smitten with our little guy. We launched a concept store in Brisbane late last year in the beautiful retail hub, Westfield Chermside and it’s been a smashing success so far. Behind the scenes we’ve also been working on a number of collections with Blue Sky Planners. We travelled to New York for NY Now and Sydney for Life InStyle in February and we had an absolute blast in each city. This August we’re headed to Melbourne again for the Life InStyle Winter Show where we’ll be launching our new collection ‘Amulet’ as well as our holiday collection. Mystical and magical ‘Amulet’ features a number of gorgeous new products in the colours of precious stones - rose quartz, obsidian, moonstone & pyrite. We’ve introduced some beautiful large spiral notebooks & sketchbooks as well as two new dot grid journals for the bullet journallers - our most requested product! We’re excited to introduce our two 2019 spiral hard cover planners and a vegan leather planner along with two luxe foiled wall calendars and two poster study calendars that feature 18 months - perfect for academic or financial year planning. This August sees the launch of our four luxurious vegan leather pencil cases with foil prints, along with 27 new greeting cards, three new pens, three new gift wrap designs and two new gift sets. We’re so grateful for the support from our retailers and customers and we hope you enjoy our new products and love them as much as we do. xx

Inspired by one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Florentine is a celebration of nature and its amazing healing properties. Florence is home to Santa Maria Novella - one of the oldest apothecaries in the world - where the Dominican monks have been making potent balms, salves and medicines from natural ingredients for over 800 years. They would also use local botanicals to make beautiful sweet-smelling potions, colorful liqueurs, eau de colognes, soaps and creams in the Profumo-Farmaceutica, true to their ancient recipes. Delve deep into the aromatic herbs, flowers and spices of the monks’ traditional preparations and be swept away by the romance of ‘Florentine’.

Terms Turnaround Time
Display & Packaging
We endeavour to make sure that all our products listed on our website are in stock and the pricing is up to date and correct. Our standard turnaround time is between 1-3 business days depending on availability and receiving payment authorisation for a purchase. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible a revised turnaround time. Otherwise, we could offer an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund if necessary.
All Fox & Fallow products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxes sets and packs may not be broken up and sold as individual cards or signs. Failure to comply may result in account termination. If you are selling Fox & Fallow products online, credit must be given to Fox & Fallow in the product description. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.
Back Orders Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back ordered and if directed we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.
Shipping All orders are shipped from our studio in Brisbane, Australia. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via Express Courier. Please let us know if you’d like to request special shipping arrangements. Invoices are sent via email when order is placed. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your final invoice.

Timber Variance Because timber is a natural product, the grain will vary from piece to piece. Some imperfections may be present and we believe these variations add to the authentic, natural quality of the timber. Subject to “Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges”, Fox & Fallow do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Hiring Fox & Fallow products may be purchased by companies who wish to hire out these products for a fee, however wholesale prices will not apply to these products and they must be purchased at their recommended retail price. Please advise Fox & Fallow of this when ordering.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total, deducted from your order. Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damages or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
