Hello We’re kicking off 2020 with a bang - with our biggest and most exciting collections ever! In February we’ll be exhibiting at Life Instyle Sydney and then the New Zealand Gift Fair in March where we’ll be launching our two new collections for 2020 - ‘The Muse’ a decadent collection inspired by ancient Greek mythology and their gods and goddesses, and ‘Bohemia’ a celebration of the earth and its amazing botanical treasures. Our new side hustle planner follows our hugely successful wedding planner - the ultimate planner for your ‘5-to-9’. We’ll also be releasing some beautiful new products further complimenting our ‘Amulet’ and ‘Sweet Dreams’ collections including our new prompted wedding guest book, memoir journal, travel wallets and luggage tags as well as our new luxe baby book in buttermilk and new baby milestone card set in powder blue. These collections have been so well received with our new wedding planners, guest books and baby books selling out within two months of launching (we’re now on our third print run)! Our capsule collections with Blue Sky Planners have been launching into Staples, Walmart, Target and Office Depot stores across the USA (and beyond) and we’re so thrilled with how well they’ve been received. We have so many new products we can’t wait for you to see - over 100 in fact - comprising of 47 greeting cards and 16 boxed card sets, three red packet sets, six notebooks, five notepads, the new calligrapher pad in black with black paper, the new baby milestone cards, two compendiums, four hard cover journals, the new traveller in dusty pink, new baby book with matching box, two guest books, two roller pens, three pen packs, a side hustle planner, memoir journal and the new travel collection. Our new displays have been super popular and February sees the launch of our new custom branded card spinners in our signature blush. We try our hardest to make products you’ll treasure, not to be thrown away, but in the event that they do end up in the bin, you can rest assured that our cards are full recyclable - from the paper to the eco-friendly foil we use, which is easily removed during the pulping process. We’re now offering plastic free options for our products, so feel free to request this when you order/checkout. Most of our products are printed on 100% FSC-certified paper.

MU SE Inspired by ancient mythology, our modern-day muses indulge in decadent scenes in exotic locations - featuring Poseidon (god of the sea), Aphrodite (goddess of love & beauty), Leto (goddess of motherhood), Hera (goddess of marriage), Kotys (goddess of fertility) and Calliope (the wisest of all the muses). Goblets overflow with wine, terraces overflow with flowers and wild fantasies are realised. Our artistic ‘muses’ create abstract compositions inspired by the fruits, plants, flowers and textures of their surroundings. The air is filled with rich flavours and fragrances - lemons, apples, olives and coffee mix with the perfumes of magnolias, peonies, roses, poppies and hellebores. Lush scenery provides much inspiration - lavish gardens are adorned by urns filled with bird of paradise, palmetto, areca, ficus, peace lily and monstera plants. As our muses travel around the Mediterranean they discover many beautiful textures and colours. Architectural arches and slabs of marble, limestone and terrazzo, sit against a rich palette of terracotta, rust, wine, stone, mustard, lemon, mint, olive, sage, cinnamon and coffee. We feature the botanical treasures found by early adventurers who discovered new lands like Portugal (Daffodils, Heberdenia), Brazil (Tetrapterys, bougainvillea), French Polynesia (Gardenia, Jasmine), New Zealand (Tree Fuchsia, Pigeonwood & Senecio) and Australia (Flannel Flower, Acacia and Blue Flax Lily). These adventurers experimented with natural hallucinogens and psychoactive plants like poppies, morning glory, tetrapterys and acacia, but also medicinal eucalyptus, marigold, passionflower, gingko, turmeric, evening primrose, tea tree, echinacea and aloe vera. Elegant swirls of flowers, leaves and vines dance across the scenes in rich tones inspired by nature - forest green, moss, sage, turmeric, apricot, peach and marigold. Terms Turnaround Time
Display & Packaging
We endeavour to make sure that all our products listed on our website are in stock and the pricing is up to date and correct. Our standard turnaround time is between 1-3 business days depending on availability and receiving payment authorisation for a purchase. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible a revised turnaround time. Otherwise, we could offer an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund if necessary.
All Fox & Fallow products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxes sets and packs may not be broken up and sold as individual cards or products. Failure to comply may result in account termination. If you are selling Fox & Fallow products online, credit must be given to Fox & Fallow in the product description. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.
Back Orders Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back ordered and if directed we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.
Shipping All orders are shipped from our studio in Brisbane, Australia. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via standard Australia Post or courier. Please let us know if you’d like to request special or express shipping arrangements. Invoices are sent via email when order is placed. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your final invoice.
Ordering & Payment $250 minimum for opening orders. $250 minimum for reorders. Orders can be made by email, online via our wholesale website or through Small World Distribution in New Zealand. No orders for accounts with a balance due will be shipped until all outstanding amounts have been made. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total, deducted from your order. Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damages or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
