If you are selling our products in an online store, credit must be given to Fox & Fancy in the product description.
cancellations, returns & exchanges Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 15% restocking fee. We can only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately Fox & Fancy cannot refund shipping costs.
Products must be displayed in their original packaging. All cards, sets, notepads, gift wrap and tote bags are packaged in a clear sleeve or box with appropriate branding applied. Products must be sold as packaged. Packs and sets may not be broken up and sold individually.
