//SITE BACKGROUND
Kampung Sg Chinchin is known through the story of “A Ring”, in which “Cincin” the bahasa language for the word ring. There are sources that claimed the name of the village is in conjunction with a story of a bride. At that time, the bride was said to be taking a bath at the village. While the bride was bathing, she removed the ring and placed it close by the river. When she finished, she found the ring was missing and had fallen into the river. With the help of Tuan Sheikh Muhammad Nor, the leader of the village, the ring was found. Some said, Tuan Sheikh Muhammad Nor managed to find the ring using his wand, as the ring was attached to his wand.

Site A is located at the edge of Kg Sungai Chin Chin facing Sungai Gombak on the south. Originally, it was founded and open as agriculture activities area before the presence of Tuan Sheikh Muhammad Nor Al-Kholidi. The main occupation of the people who live in this area is: ● ● ●
Government sector Private sector Commercial
Despite being one of the main occupations, the main weakness of the local commercial are including: 1. Scattered retail shops. 2. Improper place for night market. 3. Poor waste management 4. No food/product delivery service.

Despite being one of the main occupations, the main weakness of the local commercial are including: 1. Scattered retail shops. 2. Improper place for night market. 3. No food/product delivery service. On top of that, Kg Sungai Chin Chin have no designated play area, or gathering place for the community. Which has jeopardize the safety of its habitants. THE MAIN ISSUE HERE IS BECAUSE THERE IS NO VISUAL CONNECTION BETWEEN POTENTIAL BUYERS AND COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL AREA.

WHAT IS THE GOAL?: ● TO INCREASE THE COMMERCIAL WELL BEING OF THE COMMUNITY ● TO GIVE STABILITY AND COMFORT TO THE SOCIAL ACTIVITY FOR THE COMMUNITY
One commercial hub The commercial centre will focus on a physical commercial area (not focused on e commerce learning) for the community. This will cater all the issue stated above.
THE MAIN POINT HERE is to have all the scattered shops in ONE commercial hub, (CREATE PROPER SPACE) we can surely manage the commercial produce by the community in a larger scale. thus , SEJAHTERA can be achieved with clean and conducive environment to live in.

DESIGN DOES NOT DISRUPT EXISTING CONTOUR OF THE SITE. FOLLOWING THE SITE AS IT IS.
FURTHER SOFTEN THE MASS AND OPENINGS, ALLOWING PUBLIC SPACES FACING THE VIEW AND COMMUNITY.
ORIENTATE THE SPACES FOLLOWING THE SITE SHAPE, AND QIBLAT AND GUIDE MOVEMENT FROM PUBLIC AREA TO ANOTHER WITH DIRECT FLOW.

//RISE CREATE ZONING WHILE GOING UP THROUGH THE BUILDING. BUT CREATE A PUBLIC SPACE ON EVERY FLOOR TO FRAME THE BEST VIEW AS WELL AS CATCHING CUSTOMER FROM JALAN GOMBAK TO COME AND SPEND AT THE COMMERCIAL COMMUNITY CENTRE.
