ReVeILLON is a feast celebrated throughout the Francophone world. Derived from the French word “waking,” Reveillon menus were comprised of exceptionally lavish foods historically served at midnight on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Today, Reveillon is celebrated nightly during the Christmas Season in New Orleans’ finest restaurants.
