During two days, the Fair was the venue for the Brazil Best Sushiman Cup, an exclusive stage for professionals interested to participate in the World Sushi Cup, an annual world championship held in Japan.

The contestants took pains to prepare the best traditional and creative sushi that were judged by the loyalty to the Asian Cuisine practices, taste, presentation, technique, creativity and hygiene standards.
