PETCARING SERVICE

A NASO University Laboratory | 2016 In group with: Anna Belotti, Ilaria Bernareggi, Giorgia Capuzzo

A Naso is a petcaring service that allows to find temporary pet care-takers for owners, who leave their home (and pet) frequently for medium/short periods of time, by connecting them with pet lovers who like to spend time with pets but don’t want a permanent commitment. You can use both the internet sytes and the app to searh the right amateur sitter for your pets. But then you can keep in contact with the pet sitter and track the well-being of your animal by using only the app, with the system that we provided for you. No money are needed. If you keep an animal, you will gain virtual coins to spend on our virtual market, in which our partners give discounts on their products for animals.

2.

TRANSMEDIA PROJECT

QUATTRO MILANO University Laboratory | 2017 In group with: Chiara Galli, Semy Lajili, Alberto Lodi, Francesca Perego

The project is based on the four books by Giorgio Fontana set in Milan. Four viewpoints that tell the city, experienced by the protagonists of the stories he created. The idea is to show not only the places touched by the characters, but also to represent their stories through images of objects, videos and photographs that respect the moods of the characters. In this way you can make the narrative experience more real and alive even for users, allowing them to regain feelings and atmospheres of the books. The concept involves the interaction of different platforms (books, web, mobile, social), some activities in the real places and gadgets. It aims to bring the user to the author’s world through the various stages of a transmedia experience (predictive and locally), so that they can integrate the best traditional use of books and adding this new way to read and experience them.

3.

LOCATION BASED MOBILE GAME

DOME CRIME University Laboratory | 2016 In group with: Ilaria Bernareggi, Chiara Cacciola, Giorgia Capuzzo, Chiara Galli, Siyu Jan, Michela Viale

A 30 years old man Einar “the Viking”was found smashed by a boulder of heavy marble, but no one knows the situation exactly. During his last day, the victim met five different characters, all possible killers. Dome crime is a location based mobile game by which players are invited to find the killer of the victim by visiting the places around the Duomo and meeting the suspects. The narrative world of Dome Crime is splitted in “Day Time” and “Night Time”: during the “Day Time” all the characters lead a normal and common life; while, in the “Night Time”, they show a darker and unexpected side. The detective has to investigate on both of them to collect different clues.

BOARD GAME

REINWALD University Laboratory | 2017 In group with: Federico Artusi, Giulia Barnaba, Ilaria Bernareggi, Giorgia Capuzzo, Chiara Galli, Francesco Olivetti, Matteo Pilotto

Help the forest to resist from men damages and restore peace between nature and civilization. “Protecting, restoring and promoting sustainable use of the Earth’s ecosystem” is one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals to be achieved by 2030; the team chooses to deal with this issue by designing Reinwald with the aim of sensitizing players to the fight against deforestation and the consequent support of animal and plant biodiversity. The players will personify four Guiding Spirits of four forest species (Deer, Wolf, Frog and Woodpecker) and will have to resist from the damages caused by man. The Guiding Spirits will be helped by the figure of the Explorer who lives in peace with Nature and Civilization: He is the only one that can restore balance between the parts, bringing the Magic Mineral to the city. The player’s task is to explore the forest in search of the mineral, find it and bring the Explorer to the city, while promoting the growth of the various habitats.

IMMERSIVE CATALOG

WUNDERKAMMER

EXTRAORDINARY STORIES FOR ORDINARY OBJECT Master thesis in Communication Design | 2017

On the basis of the catalog created for the Williams and Tsien’s Exhibition Wunderkammer, I propose a restyling of this editorial model through the planning of an immersive experience in Augmented Reality. The project develops the potential narratives hidden in each ordinary object, starting from the ones presented at the exhibition. The main aim is to integrate better the live experience of an exhibition and the paper version, so that the innovations that we experience during the visit can also find a way to express themselves on paper. To create this new way to perceive a catalog, I made use of the potential of storytelling, built through the protagonists of the exhibition. This favors therefore a substantial change of the printed text, whose contents are expanded, deepened, made more alive and complete through Augmented Reality.

TRANSMEDIA PROJECT

ARTOO

ART AS TOLD BY CHILDREN Project made for Hagam | 2018-2019

Artoo is a shy bear, he lives in the attic of a museum, he loves art and when he doesn’t understand a picture he asks the children for help. Artoo is also the name of the Alchemilla project, which proposes a new way of approaching art and promotes the cultural protagonism of children, gathering their thoughts on the paintings of great artists. The project consists in an app, by which children can record and listen to their thoughts in front of a painting and parents can share children’s voices by giving life to a shared story about art, and in a book series based on the adventure of the bear and his friend Margherita, a curious child who loves art and wants to understand better the paintings of the museum.
