| PERSONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:
During my study and working career I strongly developed some personal skills and abilities, which I believe result in an advantage a far as employment is concerned. Since my first year at Politecnico I have been carrying out many group design processes; thanks to these experiences I have a strong experience in group-working group-working. I was often in charge of the organisation of the group itself, thus managing the assigniment of the different tasks and the timing of the different phases. For this reason I developed sharp planning and team-leader skills skills. One the other hand I also carried out some single design, especially in my Master education. Working alone taught me to resort to strong motivation in order to achieve my goal, goal as well as the capability to follow up the design in all its phases, phases from conception to technical detailing and realisation. I completed my university career in six years, attending few extra design courses on my fourth year. Therefore I always worked with a fast pace, thus acquiring the ability to work within a tight schedule and to cope with deadline stress. stress
