Training Provided
• 4 week training program consisting of 1 week in-house, 1 week at home preparation and 2 week dedicated launch assistant to build your business customer by customer and show you how it’s done. • Additional online assistance as well as onsite training through RIOT on a needs basis aided by the Business Development Managers and Barista Trainers.
Marketing Support
Marketing support includes national advertising, public relations, campaigns, media selection and national media placement.

Richard ran his first van by himself in June 2005 before recruiting franchisees to buy and run The Coffee Guy vans in other territories in January 2006.
