In particular, we are looking for people who have demonstrated skills and expertise in two main areas: • Business Development • Cost analysis and supply chain analytics within specific categories (for example, transport & logistics, travel, telecoms)

Training Provided
As an Expense Reduction Analysts partner you will undertake your initial 2 week intensive training at our UK Head Office. For strong ongoing support and development, you become part of our ‘Buddy System’ with an assigned Senior Associate for you.
Marketing Support
Not only will you be able to capitalise on an established global brand, you will also receive marketing support and ongoing national and regional PR and marketing activities from our Sydney based Support Office.

Expense Reduction Analysts Expense Reduction Analysts is a global franchise network, that provides its clients with cost savings across a number of core and non-core cost areas within business. Savings of up to 30% are not uncommon. Once a client contract is signed, 50% of all savings are taken by the client, and 50% of savings are taken as fees, with the Franchisee (Associate) earning 85% of those fees on an on-going basis. Client contracts may be in place for as long as 3 years……so the potential for incremental income is excellent. How We Work While our clients' staff excel at managing core operations and core operating expenses, Expense Reduction Analysts excel at reducing non-core (overhead) costs. Armed with thousands of data points from more than 15,000 successful cost-reduction projects, our cost-management experts can reduce client expenses in numerous categories, with no compromise in quality or quantity. Expense Reduction Analysts has been helping its clients reduce costs and retain more profits for more than 18 years through sustainable cost and purchase management. Our Associates find and are connected with clients by many different methods, and consult within those businesses to identify existing overheads. The next step is finding the best value for money in the marketplace to ensure overheads are as low as they can be, reducing costs and maximising profits within the business. The Associate then develops a solution with the client and implements it to ensure long-term goals are reached, while working with the client for the next 24-48 months to ensure savings goals are realised.
