Kleenit Kleenit was purchased in 2004 by Peter Robinson and Mark Wood, launched its first franchise just two years later and has now grown to include 35 franchisees and turn over more than $10 million. The company’s growth can be attributed to the wide range of services it offers to domestic, commercial and government clients throughout Australia and the supportive nature of the business towards its franchisees. Kleenit specialises in the areas of high pressure cleaning, graffiti removal, paving cleaning and sealing, building washing, roof and gutter cleaning and factory floor coatings and anti-slip flooring, as well as a huge range of other services. While Kleenit acknowledges that each franchisee runs their own business, it has established a comprehensive training and support system to ensure each franchisee has the best chance at being as successful as Peter and Mark. Not only do they offer the training and marketing support listed above, Kleenit works with franchisees to choose a territory that is right for them and has a centralised invoicing and payment collection service, allowing you to concentrate on the work while head office invoices your clients and collects payment. Kleenit head office also bids on tender contracts throughout Australia and assigns the work to the franchisee in that area if successful. While this is not a guarantee of work, it takes the pressure off preparing tender documents and can result in some large-scale work. So when you invest in a Kleenit franchise, you are not only buying a name and equipment, you are buying a support system and a reputation that continues to grow.
