PACK & SEND franchisees undertake a 4 week Induction Training Program that covers every aspect of owning and operating a PACK & SEND Retail Service Centre. This includes 2 weeks training at the Nation al Office and two weeks practical training (one week in a corporate-owned store and one week in the franchisees store). The company provides ongoing training, a comprehensive intranet site, benchmarking and marketing support. You also receive one-on-one support from a dedicated field support manager
Marketing Support
PACK & SEND has developed a comprehensive range of marketing tools and resources, which includes a Fast Start Marketing Program. As part of your initial training, you will also learn to market your business effectively.
