Fact Sheet Ribs and Rumps Established throughout Australia for more than 18 years, Ribs and Rumps is famous for its legendary ribs, aged-to-perfection steaks and mammoth-sized portions. The extensive menu, slick and friendly service and funky restaurant design, all combine to create a truly welcoming environment unlike any other in the marketplace. Ribs and Rumps is uniquely positioned in the marketplace by offering a ‘step-up’ in quality and dining experience compared to your fast-casual dining options. But even with this considerable ‘step-up’, it remains unlike fine-dining establishments, as it retains that casual and relaxed feeling. Add to this our commitment to value-for-money, and we are set well apart from the competition! Set For Rapid Growth After humble beginnings as a single restaurant in Manly, New South Wales, nearly 20 years ago, Ribs and Rumps has grown steadily through out the country. By now joining The Coffee Club Group, with their 300+ outlets across Australia and abroad, and underpinned by the Minor International (MINT) 1,000+ restaurant food group, Ribs and Rumps is ‘primed’ for rapid expansion. In more than doubling its network size inside 12 months since the acquisition by The Coffee Club Group, and the sale and opening of its first franchised restaurant in Townsville, Ribs and Rumps franchise opportunities now exist throughout Australia. Now could be your chance to be a part of this fast-expanding business with an ever-expanding network of loyal customers that recognise Ribs and Rumps as the premiere rib and steakhouse both locally and internationally. Our Business Model Ribs and Rumps restaurants are fully licensed, typically 150-220 seats in size, and feature internal al fresco seating, a dedicated bar area and open kitchen. Our restaurant design is upbeat and contemporary with a distinct feel of quality and style. All our restaurants trade daily for lunch and dinner, and are open year-round (excluding Good Friday and Christmas Day)
