Fact Sheet The Energy Project The Energy Project energizes people and transforms companies, offering a detailed blueprint for fuelling a fully engaged workforce. Drawing on the multidisciplinary science of high performance, we do this at three levels: People - To help them perform sustainably at the highest levels, The Energy Project trains individuals and companies across four dimensions to manage their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy so they can perform sustainably and the highest levels by developing strategies to help them become more energised, focused and productive. Leaders - We teach leaders to become Chief Energy Officers, who mobilize, inspire, focus, direct and regularly recharge the energy of those they lead. Companies - By partnering with companies, The Energy Project ensures employees’ needs are met so they are fuelled and inspired to bring their best to work every day. This is where you potentially come in… In short, we are all about showing people, leaders and companies a work environment that more fully energizes. This then helps businesses fuel sustainable high performance by better meeting the needs of their employees. It's a cultural shift in thinking and doing - and has generated amazing results in business in the US. After successfully running the program throughout the United States, The Energy Project is now looking to energise workplaces throughout Australia and is looking for licensees to develop the program and its success.
Becoming A Licensee The Energy Project is looking for up to 20 licensees in the Australian market that are entrepreneurial and keen to learn. You will be entrepreneurial - and may be running your own business already. You may have some background in the training industry, and/or have business development skills into the corporate market. We are looking for people who want to run and develop their own business, using The Energy Project as the product to SELL, with its fantastic track record. While experience in training would be beneficial as a licensee, it is not essential, as training and marketing support is provided as part of the initial fee. Not only will you have access to a training program with a proven track record of increasing energy levels in companies such as Google, eBay, BBC Worldwide, Microsoft, Visa and Sony, you will also have access to the training and support you need to succeed in your own business. With projected exceptional earnings for a Licensee based on the minimum requirements of the Licence Agreement - you have the ability to not only succeed in your own business and fulfil your own goals of success, you can also help others achieve business success as well.
