We couldn’t publish a Covid19 special edition without including something about how franchisors, franchisees, and their employees stepped up during the past several months to give back – to their communities, to medical workers, to first responders, and simply to people who needed a helping hand during a tough time. Despite their own difficulties and personal concerns, these individuals and organizations are another kind of hero, and we want to recognize and salute them.
