Reason to launch this project To look back to the products in our brand in past 7 years, we found that we lack the products which is especially design for women to fit every stage in their life. Our goal oserio is a Taiwan brand and good at manufacturing and selling the body fat monitor and the other healthcare products. This project aims to design a series of personal healthcare products for women, including the body fat monitor, basal thermometer, smart bracelet and personal food and beverage management.

Nowadays, this kind of products would not convenient for people due to the prevalence of the smart phone.

However, there are some disadvantag es. For example, there is only one device support the system, so it still can not provide the comprehens ive service for them. So, this time we expect to integrate all devices and fix the drawbacks.

uby is an independent and fashion woman. She enjoys living in the well-designed apartment and cares about the quality of products. In terms of material of products, she considers that metal and glass would be better than plastic. She keeps her body well. Generally, Ruby prefer to buy things via internet, and browse the evaluation from those who have bought the product to determine her will to buy. She suggests that normal size of the scale with suitable round corner and well-designed would be nice. Also, having the function of recording the daily weight data via her smartphone is charming for her.

Products with good quality, safety and durable as well as match delicate packing are significant for her. Products made in Taiwan would be trusty. Recording her weight data on the smartphone is an appealing function for her. Also, she prefers to buy things in the physical shops and trust the recommendation from her friends. Because of her job, she often needs to go on business trips, so normal size with the basic function of the scale would be convenient for her. 14

They are sensitive and love sharing new things with friends, as well as pay attention to keep fit. They love shopping and receive the latest news via the Internet. In terms of the function of the scale, they want the scale can keep they weight number as a secret because of they do not want their partner to know her weight. Also, the scale can recognize diverse users because they may share this with their family. To provide the proper advice in different stages in their life and keep daily weight data would be appealing for them. In addition, we also arrange the function to make them easier to know the slight change between today and yesterday.

Project Situation Our team ran this project with external industrial team. During the process of development, I left the company. Therefore, I would demonstrate some part in the first stage.
