/Puyehue National archetype is a National Park that is located between the Lakes Region and the Region of Los Rios.
arque Nacional Puyehue es un Parque nacional que se ubica entre la Región de Los Lagos y la Región de Los Ríos. Se caracteriza por sus espectaculares bosques, por un relieve resultado de la actividad volcánica y por la abundancia de cauces y cuencas de agua, como ríos, lagunas andinas, cascadas, saltos y charcos de aguas termales vírgenes.
It is characterized by its spectacular forests, by a relief result of volcanic activity and the abundance of rivers and watersheds, such as rivers, Andean lagoons, waterfalls, waterfalls and pristine pools of hot springs. /To reach path from the city of Osorno, take note 215 CH International, which connects the city of Osorno and Bariloche Argentina, until mile 75 about from where you should take the fork to Aguas Calientes, thereby accessing the park Puyehue national. Una vez arribado el sector Aguascalientes, pasando el puente del río Chanleufu, y avanzando aproximadamente 100 m en la orilla sur del camino se observa el ingreso al sendero el pionero.

/The Vicente Perez Rosales National Park is a protected area framed by the Andes Mountains, and located in the Llanquihue Province, Los Lagos Region in south-central Chile. It was created in 1926, being the oldest Chilean national park. It has an area of 253 780 ha and altitudes ranging from 50 to 3491 meters. The western entrance is near the town of Ensenada, 82 miles northeast of Puerto Montt and 64 km from Puerto Varas. Within the park are the small towns of Petrohue and Peulla. It is part of the Biosphere Reserve Rainy Temperate Forests in the Southern Andes.
l parque nacional Vicente Pérez Rosales es un área protegida enmarcada por la cordillera de Los Andes, y ubicada en la Provincia de Llanquihue, Región de Los Lagos, en el centro-sur de Chile. Fue creado en 1926, siendo el parque nacional chileno más antiguo. Tiene una extensión de 253 780 ha y altitudes que van desde los 50 a los 3491 msnm. Su entrada occidental es cercana a la localidad de Ensenada, a 82 km al noreste de Puerto Montt y a 64 km de Puerto Varas. Dentro del parque se encuentran las pequeñas localidades de Petrohue y Peulla. Forma parte de la Reserva de la Biósfera Bosques Templados Lluviosos de los Andes Australes.

/Petrohué the Jumps, is a waterfall located a short distance downstream of Lake Todos Los Santos. It is located in the Vicente Perez Rosales National Park near the route to Petrohué, a town on the edge of Lake Todos Los Santos. Many tourists serving the route between Puerto Varas and Bariloche in Argentina stop at this place. The waterfall is located on a basaltic lava, which came from the volcano Osorno.
os Saltos Del Petrohué, es una cascada ubicada a una corta distancia rio abajo del lago Todos Los Santos. Se encuentra ubicada dentro del Parque nacional Vicente Pérez Rosales cercano a la ruta hacia Petrohué, una localidad al borde de el lago Todos Los Santos. Muchos de los turistas que realizan la ruta entre Puerto Varas y Bariloche en Argentina se detienen en este lugar. La cascada se encuentra sobre una base de lava basáltica, la cual provino desde el volcán Osorno.

a Reserva Nacional Llanquihue se ubica en la Región de Los Lagos, provincia de Llanquihue, comuna de Puerto Montt. Fue creada el año 1912, mediante Decreto Supremo N° 750 del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. La unidad destaca por la protección de las especies de fauna como la güiña, el pudú, gato montés, el zorro culpeo, el zorro chilla y la vizcacha andina. Entre las aves están; el cóndor, el halcón peregrino austral y el peuco. En cuanto a flora, la formación vegetal predominante son; las especies tepa, mañío, coihue, ulmo, tiaca y luma. Además está presente el alerce y la lenga. Existe un sendero de excursión hasta el volcán Calbuco de 8 kms de extensión y de 4 horas aproximadamente de caminata hasta un refugio rústico.

/Llanquihue National Reserve is located in the Region of Los Lagos, Llanquihue Province, town of Puerto Montt. It was created in 1912, by Supreme Decree No. 750 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The unit emphasizes the protection of wildlife species as güiña, the Pudu, wildcat, red fox, gray fox and the Andean vizcacha. Among the birds are, the condor, peregrine falcon and peuco Southern. As for flora, are predominant vegetation, species tepa, mañío, coihue, ulmo, tiaca and luma. Also present larch and beech. There is a hiking trail to the volcano Calbuco 8 kms long and about 4 hours of walking up to a rustic retreat.

arque Nacional Alerce Andino es un área natural protegida en Chile, situada en la región de Los Lagos, a unos 46 km de la ciudad de Puerto Montt. Forma parte de la Reserva de la Biósfera Bosques Templados Lluviosos de los Andes Australes. El parque se caracteriza por la gran presencia de alerces, los que alcanzan una altura superior a 40 metros, y cubren un área aproximada de unas 20 000 hectáreas, además el parque cuenta con más de cincuenta lagunas y charcos naturales. El área protegida también alberga gran cantidad de fauna, entre la que se encuentra el pudu, el monito del monte, pumas, güiñas, chingues etc.

esde la ciudad de Puerto Montt se toma la ruta austral (ruta7), con dirección este en una distancia de 33 km, antes de pasar el puente del Río Lenca se debe tomar hacia la izquierda internándose a la cordellera la ruta V701 camino al Parque Nacional Alerce Andino Sector Chaicas, llegando a esre punto se accede a los estacionamientos dispuestos en el área para los visitantes, aí como la guía del cuerpo de Guardaparques ya que se encuentra la oficina del sector, desde este punto se puede acceder al sendero Los canelos.

/Hornopirén National Park is a national park in Chile, located in the commune of Hualaihué, Los Lagos Region. It has an area of 48,232 hectares. It is part of the Biosphere Reserve Rainy Temperate Forests in the Southern Andes. Due to its location in the Andes Mountains, the park has a geography characterized by mountains and valleys modeled product of volcanic activity and glacial action. Within the park are the Volcano Yates (2187 m) and the Hornopirén (1572 m). There are also three major lakes, The Cabro, Lagos Uncharted and Pinto Concha. About half of the park is covered by vegetation, consisting mainly of larch, beech, Magellan and luma Coigüe between otras.rzales, and peatlands.
l Parque Nacional Hornopirén es un área natural protegida en Chile, localizado en la comuna de Hualaihué, región de Los Lagos. Posee una superficie de 48.232 hectáreas. Forma parte de la Reserva de la Biósfera Bosques Templados Lluviosos de los Andes Australes. Debido a su ubicación en la Cordillera de los Andes, el parque posee una geografía caracterizada por montañas y valles modelados producto de la actividad volcánica y la acción de los glaciares. Dentro del parque se encuentran el Volcán Yates (2187 msnm) y el Hornopirén (1572 msnm). También hay tres lagos principales; El Cabro, Lagos Inexplorado y Pinto Concha. Aproximadamente la mitad del parque está cubierto por vegetación, constituida principalmente por alerces, lengas, Coigüe de Magallanes y luma entre otras.

l Parque Nacional Chiloé es un parque nacional chileno, ubicado en la costa occidental de la Isla Grande de Chiloé, en la X Región de Los Lagos. Abarca 43057 ha divididas en dos sectores: el más pequeño, llamado Chepu, está en la comuna de Ancud, mientras que el resto, llamado Anay, está en las comunas de Dalcahue, Castro y Chonchi. La mayor superficie del Parque corresponde a colinas de la Cordillera de la Costa, conocida en esta zona con el nombre de Cordillera del Piuchén. Los ambientes protegidos son zonas de dunas, bosque valdiviano, alerzales, y turberas.
/Chiloé National Park is a Chilean National Park, located on the western coast of the Big Island of Chiloé in Region X of Los Lagos.
