The Best Of Africa Awards was the innaugural celebration of African imports in British football. Involved from the birth of the initial idea, I aided the show organisers in developing a brand identity, and initial press pack to gain exposure and sponsorship. My involvement continued all the way through to the venue branding, invitations and programme design. The event held at the Mayfair Hotel was a great success and gained international exposure.

As part of my work for the branding of the Best of Africa awards, I was also asked to design the event programme. This 40 page document was completed under a very tight deadline, and I worked closely with the editor to produce the programme from scratch with photo assets and submitted articles. The end result was a quality programme fit for the prestigious event held at the Mayfair Hotel, and included guests from the highest ranks of the Football Association.

EXHIBITION GRAPHICS LONDON MOTOR MUSEUM RESEARCH / GRAPHIC DESIGN / LARGE SCALE PRINT
Starting with a museum space with blank walls, my ongoing work at the London Motor Museum is to help in the regeneration of the museum through large-scale wall graphics. Researching the history behind cars and then giving them a graphic setting added clear value to the museum visitors. In addition to this I also take charge of the exhibition graphics for external events, shown above in our London map boards that had toy cars attached to the roads on vector maps of London, which was used for the MPH Motor Show.

During my time at Disney, the opportunity was offered to design graphics to brighten up their office, and brand it as the video games hub of the Disney building. Based on classic 8-bit video game graphics, colours, and slogans my colourful typographic designs were selected by the board to be produced. The above shows photoshop montages of the graphics on the walls, as I left before the prints were put up.

My main duties at Disney were to produce the greenlight presentations that would be used to pitch new game ideas to our American senior directors. With the help of a digital artist, and a video editor, I would take provided assets or make new artwork to sell the game concepts of titles that have not yet been made. I often used Powerpoint to make simple animations.
