A CLIMBER WINNING THE GREEN JERSEY When we created this jersey we primarily focused on making it light for the big alpine climbs as well as cool for hot days. A real Tour de France jersey if there ever was one. But we didn’t want to completely ignore aerodynamics, so we used patterning similar to our Aero Race 5.1 Jersey, which we knew was fast. The resulting jersey is extremely cool and light and instantly became a favorite with our pro riders. The surprise was when we put it in the wind tunnel. This lightweight jersey posted the same results as our Aero Race 5.0 Jersey, just 4 watts slower than our updated 2016 Aero Race 5.1 Jersey, the most aero jersey we’ve ever tested. FROM THE SECRET SPEED LABS Our speed suit project is permanently open, and we believe that we’re going to continue to see significant gains over the coming years. The Body Paint 3.3 version is the result of CFD modeling followed by extensive pattern engineering and fabric research, then further testing in the wind tunnel and on the road. The back is in an open mesh that we chose because the wind tunnel said it’s the fastest, but as a bonus it keeps you cool as well. Same with the leg endings, which incorporate a mesh that keeps you cool while inducing a bit of turbulence into the boundary layer.

MADE TO WIN WHEN SECONDS COUNT In 2017 the Sanremo Speed Suit finally won its namesake race: the Milano-Sanremo classic, with Michal Kwiatkowski. The original Sanremo Speed Suit was created in 2010 with the thought to save a few centimeters over 300km of racing. When it debuted, no one had ever seen anything like it. A skinsuit for road racing. With three rear pockets. With skinsuit construction for three-quarters of the circumference of the waist, but an overlapping front that makes it easy to put on, easy for pee stops and easy to open up on hot climbs. Every other pro team struggled to catch up while we set about making our speed suit even better. IT’S THE NEW NORMAL When we first introduced the aero jersey to the pro peloton in 2007 it was seen as radical. By 2009 all the pro teams were jumping on the bandwagon, and in the following years the aero revolution steadily spread to more and more cyclists. This is a women’s-fit version of our full WorldTour-level aero race jersey, the fastest jersey we’ve ever tested. GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES Utilizing Castelli provides your team with access to the best designers in cycling apparel. FIT KITS Full fit kits for fitting nights are available upon request, and many times the sales rep will attend to educate your riders. ONLINE ORDERING A personalized team order and project management site provides a streamlined ordering process, allows tracking of member access, and a detailed view of kit sales. PRODUCTION Castelli operates on a six week custom delivery schedule. Our objective is to deliver in five weeks from final art and order/payment submission. COLOR All colors used by our design department have a CMYK color build derived from a Pantone match. Castelli will match your Pantone colors with CMYK builds specific to our printing process. When providing us with Pantone colors, please use a printed Pantone reference guide for the greatest accuracy. Castelli color swatches printed on jersey fabric are available to help you make a color selection.

REVISIONS

Whether you have a design that is transferring over from a previous vendor or a completely new look, we need to review your ďŹ les before we begin working on them. We will provide you with feedback regarding the usability of logos, color, and the execution of your design.

After our design department provides you with the ďŹ rst draft of your design, you will have 3 series of revision requests to complete your design. Additional revisions beyond the 3 that are offered will carry a $50 per revision charge. *Please note, each revision takes approximately 3-5 business days to complete.

1 WEEK ORIGINAL DESIGN REQUEST If you require an original design, please be aware that this level of service requires additional time to complete your request. We will need all desired logos to be provided in vector format, any reference images or inspiration you may have, and a complete list of styles that your team intends to order. For this level of service, a $500 art deposit may be required. This is not a fee, and will be applied to you order upon submission.

Once you have approved all of the artwork and paid a 50% deposit, your order will be submitted to our factory for production.

When the factory has completed your order it will ship to our warehouse in Portland, Oregon. After any outstanding balances are paid, the order is shipped to you.

We partner with mills to develop fabrics that enhance the technical nature of our garments. All of our product is manufactured by highly skilled workers at dedicated factories.
