Frank Roessler is the founder and CEO of Ashcroft Capital, a New York-based real estate investment firm. As CEO, he is in charge of developing and implementing the company's long-term goals, growth strategies, and initiatives, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations.
Ashcroft Capital had acquired over $1.3 billion in assets and 11,500 units as of 2021. The firm prioritizes capital preservation while striving to provide investors with strong, risk-adjusted cash on cash returns. Ashcroft is funded by high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. Ashcroft specializes in value-add real estate and has a proven track record of extracting the most value from each asset it acquires. Rather than attempting to time the market, the company seeks to acquire excellent apartment communities in well-located submarkets of large and growing U.S. metroplexes.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Bucknell University as well as an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
