The Carters received their first conservation contract through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in 2010 with the assistance of Allen McReynolds, WCSHC Farm Specialist. This initial contract has led to other conservation practices, to help enhance the Carters’ farm operation. If you want to learn how to start or improve your farm operation, then, you should attend this field day. Resource providers from Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Farm Service Agency (FSA), Community Based-Organizations (CBOs) will be there to provide technical assistance.
