PRESHREDDERS

DESTROYER

FRX are single shaft preshredders, extremely robust, with hydraulic pusher and a hydraulic screen change system with positive opening. Thanks to its cutting system X-cross it shreds the most difficult materials. Possibility to obtain fractions from 30 to 300 mm. in one step. Shreds materials: Industrial waste • Urban waste • Logs • Laminates • Bark • Wood waste • Paper • Craft • Plastic • Textiles Recommended for: All types of bulk and bulky material, with contaminants. Obtains fractions: 100 - ∞ mm. Capacity: 80 - 200 m³/h

Single shaft shredder with medium speed. Electric drive and hydraulic pendulum feeder, with low energy consumption. The pendulum feeder press the material against the rotor, equipped with fixed teeth that cut the material against anvil steels. The feeder, is operated by a last generation hydraulic system with hydraulic variable displacement axial piston pump. The process is set from software in the PLC. Key benefits: • Low electrical consumption. • Low dust and noise level. • Very simple maintenance. • It is not necessary with rotor cooling. • Can process material down to 10mm in one step. • Technical availability from 96% to 98%. • Possibility to add water in the inlet. Rambo Hammercutter™

RAMBO Hammercutter™ is a fast rotating shredder with cutting hammers. How it works? The material is loaded on the vibrating table which distributes the material for a smooth and efficient feeding. The feeding rollers crush and push the material toward the inside of the shredder, where it is shredded towards the rotor with swinging hammers, with a special labyrinth system. THOR Hammercutter™

THOR Hammercutter™ is a fast rotating shredder with cutting hammers. How it works? The material is loaded on a vibrating table or conveyor belt which distributes the material for a smooth and efficient feeding. The material falls into the shredder where the rotor with swinging hammers crushes the material, with a special labyrinth system. It is a sturdy machine, and specially used in biomass and bioenergy industry. Requires pre-shredded material and is normally used as secondary shredding. FINE GRINDING MILLS

HK mills are for fine grinding of wood chips and paper. Fast rotation, fixed hammers and an integrated fan makes possible a high capacity, obtaining homogenous fractions of wood down to 1 mm. One of the most remarkable features of the HK mills, is the quality of the final fraction, with a very precise particle size and with a minimum of dust. Interesting for burning and pellet industry.
