S TE P 1 SE T YOUR BUDG E T Develop a savings plan so that you have sufficient funds for the deposit of the purchase price. Speak to a finance or banking expert to determine how much you can borrow to finance your property.

S TE P 2 SE LEC T YOUR PRE FE RRE D APARTMENT Be one of the first! As an early purchaser, you will have greater opportunity to choose an apartment that meets your criteria in relation to position, aspect, floor plan and price. Make an appointment with the Project Sales Manager. ecide what you want: D – How many bedrooms do you need (1, 2 or 3)? – How many bathrooms? –G round floor with courtyard or higher level with balcony? – Would you like a view? – Which floor plan layout do you like? –A ny other considerations to meet your needs and preferences?

S TE P 3 RESERVE YOUR APARTMENT nce you have selected your apartment O of choice, to initially take the property off the market for 10 days all you need to do is pay a non-refundable $500 reservation administration fee.
