Members Release | Priority Release Ed.Square – Clifton Courtyard Apartments –Priority Release Process

The priority release for The Clifton Courtyard Apartments at Ed.Square will be held on Wednesday 26th July 2023 and sales appointments will be held by appointment only. Please follow these steps to participate in this release.

Friday 21st July

1. Register your interest to receive information on this release

2. Speak to Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing.

3. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. Please note a maximum of one property per release is permitted to be purchased by any member on the day of the release.

Family Share & Deadline

Friday 21st July

Family Share – Supporting Documents required.

Sufficient supporting documents to prove the relationship between the Family member and Care & Rewards member, will need to be supplied. The referral must be approved by our internal team in line with the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/Care-and-Rewards/Terms-andconditions

Monday 24th July

Priority Notification – ‘Request to Purchase’ link distributed.

All registered Care & Rewards members and approved referred family members will be issued a link to the online ‘Request to Purchase’ page, refer to the request to purchase period below.

Wednesday 26th July Request to Purchase Period

1. Wednesday morning – A reminder email, with the ‘Request to Purchase’ page will be sent to members and approved family members who have registered to participate in this release.

2. 11:50am (AEST) - Access the ‘Request to Purchase’ page 10 minutes prior to opening. The ‘Request to Purchase’ page will open at 12pm (AEST) sharp.

3. 12:00pm (AEST) - Refresh the ‘Request to Purchase’ page and the form will appear, enter your contact details and click ‘submit’ for your chance to purchase a property.

4. 12:30pm (AEST) - The ‘Request to Purchase’ page will close at 12:30pm (AEST) sharp. You will not be able to participate in the release once closed and members wishing to purchase after this period can purchase during public release.

Participants who have successfully submitted their request to purchase will be contacted by the Ed.Square Sales Team in order of Tier Level via telephone, and may be provided with an opportunity to purchase an apartment at The Clifton Courtyard release at Ed.Square

During this priority release, the Ed.Square Sales Team will contact Platinum members with Priority+ access first, followed by Silver members, then verified Family members.

If you wish to secure the opportunity, you will be sent a sales advice via DocuSign filled in with the information provided by you in the ‘Request to Purchase Form’, and instructions on how to pay the $2,000 refundable Expression of Interest deposit Review and sign the sales advice via DocuSign.

Pay the fully refundable Expression of Interest Deposit of $2,000 to reserve the property you have selected. This needs to be paid via direct payment into the nominated Frasers bank account, and must be paid within 2 hours.

The $2,000 Expression of Interest Deposit will contribute towards your deposit once you exchange sales contract.

Provide a valid receipt showing the successful transfer of the Expression of Interest Deposit of $2,000, and SMS a photo of your Driver’s Licence to +61 447 271 133. Once your ID is sited it will be deleted thereafter and you will receive confirmation as such.

Signing the Contract

The contract of sale will be sent to your solicitor by 5pm Thursday 27th July Please ensure you meet with your solicitor to sign and exchange contracts and paying the remainder of the deposit by no later than 4pm Friday 4th August 2023

*Please note, if we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will endeavour to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however, you will lose your ‘Request to Purchase’ position and the team will contact the next prioritised customer. Once you return a call to the Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining customers who have not yet been contacted. Please see the section 7 of the Release T&Cs for the details of our request to purchase priority sales sequence.
