RELEASE PROCESS
The first release of the Monfort Townhomes will be available from Saturday 30th November 2024. A registration system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All homes will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Please follow these steps to participate in the release.
1. Speak to your Bradmill Yarraville Sales Consultant to discuss detailed floorplans and pricing.
2. Select your preferred property. It is recommended that you have multiple preferences. Only two properties are available to purchase per household on release day.
3. On Wednesday 27th November, all customers registered on the Bradmill Yarraville database will receive an email with a link to the online ‘Booking calendar’.
4. On Saturday 30th November, appointments will be held in person at the Bradmill Yarraville Display Suite and will last 40 minutes. Appointments will be held in order of booking from the Microsoft Booking Calendar. You will be required to select your preferred property. Please ensure you provide proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable).
5. The appointments will be conducted in person at the Bradmill Yarraville Display Suite, however, if you are located interstate or overseas or cannot attend in person this weekend, you can make arrangements with the sales team to complete your purchase virtually.
6. A deposit of $2,000 will be required during your sales appointment on Saturday 30th November with the balance of the 10% deposit due within 3 business days. The $2,000 will be deducted from your 10% deposit.
7. You will be required to sign electronic contracts unconditionally within 3 business days of initial deposits in order to secure your preferred townhome.
8. Please Note: Frasers Property Australia Care & Rewards Members receive priority access to releases as part of the loyalty program. At times, this means a property may sell during the Priority Release and become unavailable in the Public Release.
