Register & Get Prepared 1. Register your interest to receive information on this release. 2. Speak to Karliah Bryer, Baldivis Parks Project Sales Manager to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing. 3. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. Please note a maximum of one property per release is permitted to be purchased by any member on the day of the release.

Priority Notification – ‘Book an Appointment’ link distributed All subscribed Care & Rewards members and approved referred family members will receive an email with a link to ‘Book an Appointment’.
Prior to Friday 10th November

Family Share – Supporting Documents required. Sufficient supporting documents to prove the relationship between the Family member and Care & Rewards member, will need to be supplied. Sales Appointments Period During this priority release, appointments will be scheduled first for Platinum members with Priority+ access, followed by Silver members, then verified Family members, and then approved Gift 2 Get 2 referred friends. Appointments will be 60 minutes in duration. If you have chosen an in-person appointment, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license or Medicare card and Finance pre-approval if applicable). A holding deposit of $1,000 via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) will be required on the day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign.
