The Premiere Release Process - Berwick Waters

The Premiere Release Process The Premiere Land Releases at Berwick Waters will be held on Saturday 1st May 2021 and sales meetings will be held by appointment only. Due to high levels of demand, a registration system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

1. Speak to your Berwick Waters Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and 'from’ pricing.

2. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences.

3. On Wednesday 28th April 2021, all subscribed members will receive an email with a link to the online 'Request to Purchase' page.

The online 'Request to Purchase' page will have a countdown timer that indicates the time remaining until registrations open.

4. Registrations via the 'Request to Purchase' page will open at 12pm sharp (AEST) on Thursday 29th April. Please access this page via the link in Wednesday's email, approximately 10 minutes before registrations open at 12pm (AEST).

5. At 12pm (AEST) on Thursday 29th April the page will automatically refresh and the form will appear. You will need to check your pre-populated contact details are correct and click ‘register’ as soon as it appears to submit your details for your chance to purchase a property. Please ensure you are not connected to a VPN or that your machine has not locked or gone into sleep mode or the automatic refresh may not occur.

6. Registrations via the online 'Request to Purchase' page will close at 2pm (AEST) on Thursday 29th April.

7. All successfully registered members will be contacted by the Sales Team within 24 hours (after registrations close) in order of registration to confirm an appointment time for Saturday 1st May. Please be contactable by phone on the number you provided on the registration page. i. If the Berwick Waters Sales Team cannot contact you, we will endeavor to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however, you will lose your ‘Request to Purchase’ priority and the team will contact the next prioritised customer. ii. The Berwick Waters Sales Team will endeavor to contact you on your nominated telephone number a second time. Once you return a call to the Berwick Waters Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining customers who have not yet been contacted. iii. If the Berwick Waters Sales Team are unable to contact you after the second attempt and you do not contact the Berwick Waters Sales Team before we finish contacting all customers, Frasers Property Australia reserve the right to forfeit your request to purchase and any opportunity to purchase a property during the Premiere Land Releases at Berwick Waters.

8. On Saturday 1st May, appointments are for 30 minutes and you will be required to select your property and sign an unconditional contract of sale. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable). a. For any buyers based interstate or overseas, a member of the Berwick Waters Sales Team will contact you via telephone to conduct your sales appointment over the phone.

9. A deposit of 10% will be required on the release day along with signing contracts unconditionally in order to secure your preferred land lot.

10. To abide by current Government restrictions, the Sales Centre currently has limited capacity, so we ask that a maximum of two people attend the sales appointment on the release day.
