Located within Horsley Drive Business Park, the purpose built facility for Nick Scali was completed in 2017. The warehouse and office comprises 12,751sqm GLA.

The joint facility located in Horsley Drive Business Park was leased to Steinhoff who owns and operates Royal Comfort Bedding and Select-O-Pedic. Completed in 2017 with GLA of 18,869sqm.

The 18,559sqm 6 Star Green Star rated chilled distribution centre was purpose built for Martin Brower, a global logistics services provider. The facility includes dry store, chiller, freezer and chilled staging areas in the warehouse. Completed in 2016, Martin Brower was the first tenant to sign on at Horsley Drive Business Park in Western Sydney.

Completed in 2016, the 15,947sqm warehouse and office facility was leased to Lend Lease and is located within Eastern Creek Business Park.

The 24,500sqm office and warehouse distribution facility was completed in 2016 and leased to DB Schenker. The facility is located within Eastern Creek Business Park.

Completed in 2016, the 30,618sqm warehouse and office facility was leased to O-I Glass, a global glass container manufacturer. Located within Yatala Central Industrial Estate, the facility is Queensland’s first 6-Star Green Star - World Excellence industrial building, the third of it’s kind in Australia.

Located within Yatala Central Industrial Estate. This purpose built facility was leased to Beaulieu Australia. The 23,000sqm warehouse and office was completed in 2017.

Oji Fibre Solutions, one Australasia’s leading pulp, paper and cardboard packaging manufacturers, purchased the 24,126sqm facility completed in 2017. The site is located within Yatala Central Industrial Estate.

Completed in 2017, the 6,293sqm warehouse and office was leased to Paccar Australia. The facility is located within SW1 Berrinba Industrial Estate.

Located within SW1 Berrinba Industrial Estate, the purpose built facility was leased to National Tiles. The warehouse and office was completed in 2017 with 13,162sqm GLA.

The 14,758sqm warehouse facility was leased to CTI Logistics. The site is located within West Park Industrial Estate and was completed in 2017.

Located within West Park Industrial Estate, the 14,555sqm purpose built facility was leased to National Tiles. The site was completed in 2017.

Completed in 2017, the 36,166sqm warehouse facility is located in West Park Industrial Estate. The site was leased to CEVA Alliance.

Leased to CEVA Toyota, the 22,840sqm warehouse distribution site was completed in 2016. The site is located in West Park Industrial Estate.

Located within West Park Industrial Estate, the 10,973sqm warehousing facility was leased to Toll Express, a global logistics company. The site was completed in 2015.

Known as CEVA Supersite, it is one of the biggest sheds in the southern hemisphere, a half-kilometre-long storage and distribution facility. CEVA, the world’s fourth largest logistics company leased the 89,995sqm facility which was completed in 2016 and located in West Park Industrial Estate.
