Many residents at Cova are animal lovers, so we have found some of the best dog friendly cafes close to home if you’re looking to bring your dog with you to breakfast or lunch! The best part of living at Cova is that you don’t have to go far on the weekend to enjoy coffee and a beautiful view. The Cova Bean Café, next to the Cova Sales Centre is a great option and currently operates between 7am-3pm on the weekends. It’s catered for all levels of fitness so play some music and let’s get moving! WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE STARTING: TIME - 30 seconds for each exercise REST TIME – 10 second rest after each exercise ROUNDS - Complete all 5 exercises 1-3 times, by completing in the following order below. EXERCISE ROUTINE 1. SQUATS - Remember to push your weight through your heels and go down as if you are sitting on a chair. 2. PUSH-UPS - On your toes, ensure your core is engaged and if you can’t complete the full 30 seconds drop to your knees and continue without stopping. 3. STATIC LUNGES - You can choose to add some weight by holding cans/water bottles. Hold these items with your arms by your sides and lunge forward alternating each leg. 4.
