When you move in.

If there’s anything at all that you’re not happy with as you take possession of your new property, you can log your requests via the myFrasersProperty app or portal. So, you can get the help you need, when you need it. Your invitation to set up your myFrasersProperty account was sent 5 days after you had entered unconditional exchange. If you cannot find your invitation, simply ask your Customer Care Team member and we will resend this to you.

Select the property you would like to log a request, then click ‘

Enter relevant information and ensure you take photos of the defect, then upload them to the form and click submit.

To view all your requests and their statuses click ‘ My Requests ’ which can be found on the ‘My Property ’ page.

If you cannot find or have forgotten your login details, click ' Unlock account? '.
