The priority release for 74 Parkside Circuit will be held on Saturday15th July 2023 and sales appointments will be held by appointment only.

Family Share & Deadline

Monday 10th July
Family Share – Supporting Documents required.
Sufficient supporting documents to prove the relationship between the Family member and Care & Rewards member, will need to be supplied. The referral must be approved by our internal team in line with the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/Care-and-Rewards/Terms-and-conditions
Thursday 13th July
Priority Notification – ‘Book an Appointment’ link distributed
All subscribed Care & Rewards members and approved referred family members will receive an email with a link to ‘Book an Appointment’.
Saturday 15th July Sales Appointments Period
During this priority release, appointments will be scheduled first for Platinum members with Priority+ access, followed by Silver members, then verified Family members, appointments will 20 minutes in duration. If you have chosen an in-person appointment, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license or Medicare card and VEVO if applicable).
A holding deposit of $1,000 via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) will be required on the day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 7 days.
