Priority Release Release One – Priority Release Process
The priority release registration of preferences will open Friday the 23rd of June 2023. Calls to confirm your preference will be made on Saturday the 24th of June 2023
Please follow these steps to participate in this release.

1. Register your interest to receive information on this release.
2. Speak to Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing.
3. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. Please note a maximum of one property per release is permitted to be purchased by any member on the day of the release.
Friday 16th June Gift 2 Get 2 & Family Share Deadline
Members wishing to refer immediate family members (family share) must refer by this date and satisfy relevant criteria. Refer here: https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/Care-andRewards/Refer
Monday 19th June Family Share – Supporting Documents required.
Sufficient supporting documents to prove the relationship between the Family member and Care & Rewards member, will need to be supplied. The referral must be approved by our internal team in line with the Care & Rewards Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here https://www.frasersproperty.com.au/Care-and-Rewards/Terms-and-conditions Family members and G2G2 referrals will be notified of their eligibility prior to Wednesday 21st of June 2023.
Thursday 22nd June Priority Release Registrations Close
Members wishing to participate in The Quarry Release One must have registered their interest prior to 11:59 (AEST).
Friday 23rd June
“Registration of Preferences” Period
1. Friday morning – An email, with the ‘Registration of Preferences’ page link will be sent to members, approved family members and approved G2G2 referrals who have registered to participate in this release.
2. 10:50am (AEST) - Access the ‘Registration of Preferences’ page 10 minutes prior to opening. The ‘Registration of Preferences’ page will open at 11am (AEST) sharp.
3. 11:00am (AEST) - Refresh the ‘Registration of Preferences’ page and the form will appear, enter your contact details, property preferences, and click ‘submit’ for your chance to purchase a property.
4. 12:00pm (AEST) - The ‘Registration of Preferences’ page will close at 12pm (AEST) sharp. You will not be able to participate in the release once closed and members wishing to purchase after this period can purchase during public release.
Saturday 24th
June
Calls to confirm preferences
Participants who have successfully submitted their registration of preferences will be contacted by The Quarry Sales Team in order of Tier Level and registration time. During this Priority Release, calls will be scheduled first for Platinum members with Priority+ access, followed by Silver members, then verified Family members and approved G2G2 referrals.
Completion of Expression of Interest (EOI) form
To secure and confirm your purchase you will need to complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) form including a refundable payment of $5,000. The $5,000 deposit will contribute towards your 10% deposit once you exchange sales contracts. Email your proof of payment to the Sales Team along with your EOI within 24 hours of receiving your successful phone call to finalise your purchase. Once this has been received your contract will be prepared and sent to you or your preferred Queensland nominated solicitor for review within 10 days.
Balance of deposit
You balance of deposit will be payable on or before 14 days from the date of your contract. Please ensure you provide a copy of any deposit payment receipts to the sales team.
*Please note, if we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will endeavour to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however, you will lose your ‘Registration of preferences’ position and the team will contact the next prioritised customer. Once you return a call to the Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining customers who have not yet been contacted.
