The “RACE to Good Behavior” in our A5erschool Program! Brought to you by FVMRD K-‐5th A5erschool ParEcipants
Our RACE to good behavior: RESPECT, ATTITUDE, COURAGE, EXPLORATION!
Each day in our classroom, we remind ourselves how to be respecSul, have a posiEve aTtude, show courage, and explore!
We have learned what it means to be respecSul during story Eme!
We sit on the rug and listen while others are talking. We keep our hands and bodies to ourselves. “Shhhh! Let’s be good listeners!”
We have learned how to get from one place to the next as a group (so we don’t waste so much Eme)!
We wait paEently in line for everyone to line up appropriately. As a group, we are respecSul and listen to the next set of instrucEons.
We make good choices!
If we choose to do a group project, we have a posiEve aTtude! We listen to direcEons. We ask quesEons and share our own ideas!
We make good choices!
If we have homework, we work hard at the homework table so we can learn. When we finish our homework, we can have fun with our friends!
When we “RACE” to good behavior:
-‐We feel safe and appreciated. -‐We get to do more of the things we want to do. -‐We get along with everyone. -‐We are happy J -‐ WE HAVE FUN!!! (We will conEnue to work hard!)
