WHEN DID YOU OPEN YOUR BUSINESS IN BRUNSWICK?

I am located and operate out of Brunswick, Maryland. My business first iteration started in 2005 and now operates as Emmanuel Technology Consulting, INC.

WHAT SETS YOUR BUSINESS APART?

I mostly serve the underserved and overcharged segment ... the micro businesses 10 and under. I provide services normally reserved for much larger firms, but I make them affordable for the micro businesses.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE OTHERS GOING INTO BUSINESS?

While a business plan is a known element, many forget to build a technology plan to go with it. If your technology does not align with your business plan you will find it much more difficult to succeed.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS PROFESSION, AND WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?

This is what I am best at! I treat my clients as I want to be treated. When I make a mistake, I own it and make it right. I have built a core clientele that is very loyal to me because I treat them like family.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOUR BUSINESS IN FIVE YEARS?

I go with the tides. Being small I can adapt quickly. As new technologies come out I evaluate them. In five years, I am hoping to be more than double my current size.
