Offering 6 Featured Communities and 39 new homes for your inspection; this truly is “Columbia’s Largest Open House of New Homes”. The TOUR OF HOMES gives you the opportunity to learn about the best communities, as well as new homes in every price range. Columbia’s finest builders and developers will show you their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and quality craftsmanship. While some model homes are decorated and furnished and open for you to visit, many of the homes are not. If you are interested in seeing a finished or furnished model, please contact the real estate agent and they will be happy to assist you.
