Product Forming Technology

Be Green Packaging has developed proprietary thermoforming technology that allows us to create custom packaging designs featuring 1.5 degree draft angles. Our advanced processes are environmentally sound utilizing only heat, water, and pressure to mold our plant fiber composite material into an array of shapes and sizes. With two operational facilities and a third currently under development, Be Green’s production capacity can accommodate orders as small as 100,000 and as large as 500 million.
