The position is responsible for mowing and trimming county and county highway facilities including roadways. Assist in the installation, maintenance and inventory of traffic signs, tally and track material placement and load counts, patch bituminous or concrete surfaced roadways, litter and refuse pick up and removal and miscellaneous tasks related to the maintenance of county highways. Ability to operate many types of equipment (motorized hand tools, mowers, utility vehicles, ect.) and other duties as needed. Applicant must have a valid Minnesota Driver’s license, must be 18 years of age, must have good communication skills, and able to lift 70 lbs occasionally.
