1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place mini vanilla wafers in mini muffin tins. 2. Place cream cheese in bowl. Stir with fork or wooden spoon until soft. 3. Add Truviaâ&#x201E;˘, egg, egg whites and vanilla. Beat until smooth. 4. Add Dulce le leche and stir in. 5. Pour into muffin tin. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until center is almost set. 7. Store in refrigerator.
