5) Do you use other freelancers or companies to provide skills that you don't possess? Sure, why not? It’s simple, if your work-day is more expensive than pay other company, you MUST choose this way to implement a function or write your app in an other platform. Your time is gold.

9) What are the top three books, blogs or magazines you read to stay up to date in the IT-market? Nice question, all but not Wired, is junk, really! IT magazines are very boring because you can find on WWW things that can you will find on magazines few months later, for blogs engadget.com is a great blog and for books, mmmh you can read a book about life of amazing people like Steve Jobs or Linus Torvalds.
