ISO helps us on our way forward

The ISO structure and ways of working organizes our way to conduct our business in a sustainable way. The structure also gives a temperature on the business today. This is how we structure, measure and follow-up

Plan Do Check Act (PDCA)

For us it all starts with the PDCA cycle an d the will to constantly improve. Plan -do- check-act, can be used to everything in your daily life from grocery shopping to iso strategy.

First you make a PLAN for how to reach your goal, for instance for how you will lower your emissions. In the plan you make an action list on how to lower the emissions.

Then you DO the actions planned, and then CHECK that we measure the emissions and quality, and if our customers and employees are happy.

After evaluating, we ACT and make new actions. In our case we set new targets, make new action lists, trim our processes and then the cycle starts all over again.

To do all this consequently we also need a structure for when and how things are done within our company. That is called the high-level structure and the ISO standard is a big help in getting organized, together with our processes. Our processes are constantly developing and our process managers are communicating with our staff on different levels all from operations, product and management. We are process driven and by working the same way in all offices we can guarantee our customers the same good services no matter where in the world you as a customer needs our assistance.

We constantly improve and are driven to do so together with our suppliers, customers and employees.

We are basing our decisions on evidence that we receive from both our statistics and the result we get from our different evaluations. We measure and follow-up on our KPIs where quality, environment and emissions are a big part.

We visualize the progress for all employees in meetings with the help of our tool Power BI, making it easy to understand.

In all work with ISO the constant dialogue and exchange of information is extremely important. This is a dialog betweenmanagement and employees as well as with customers and suppliers. This way we build strong relationships where we can grow together.
